BRINGING A LEGACY INVESTMENT FIRM INTO A NEW ERA
OBJECTIVE
Hamilton Lane, a global investment management firm, was undergoing a major rebrand and needed an impactful animated video to unveil their new identity.
SOLUTION
To breathe life into Hamilton Lane’s rebrand, we took an immersive approach. We started by syncing with their marketing team, picking their brains to deeply understand the firm’s legacy, new vision, and goals for the launch.
With new co-CEOs starting shortly after the launch of the rebrand, the video needed to excite everyone about both the new leadership and the new brand.
Our creative team started by exploring numerous concepts and narratives that captured Hamilton Lane’s innovative spirit, eventually landing on a script that met all their needs.
Now that the script was out of the way, we created moodboards, storyboards, and even motion tests to visualize the script and, ultimately, make it a reality.
The final product celebrated Hamilton Lane’s history while ushering in their modern brand evolution. We brought this narrative to life through artfully crafted motion graphics, energetic animations, vibrant colors, and seamless transitions to create an undeniable sense of momentum.
Through our collaboration with Hamilton Lane, we were able to create a piece of work that proved this wasn’t just a new look for the brand, but a groundbreaking new era for the firm.
