Defy’s Account Services Roster Continues to Grow
If she’s not listening to a true crime podcast or watching early episodes of Law and Order, you might catch her organizing shoots, kicking off projects, or just being an all-around team player.
If you haven’t heard by now – we’re on a roll over here at Defy. We just added a key player to our accounts team, Katie Frazer.
“Katie joined us at a crucial period of growth and we’re very excited to welcome her to the team,” says Emily Huddell, VP of Brand Development. “Katie has a deep understanding of what it takes to provide thoughtful, strategic client support. That, and her entrepreneurial spirit, will add depth to Defy as we look to continue expansion in Q3.”
“When I was looking to change careers, there were three things that I was looking for: a positive culture, creative and challenging work, and a commitment to building meaningful connections with clients,” said Katie. “Defy checks all of those boxes.”
Katie has a background in the theater industry doing everything from managing customer and employee relationships to overseeing operations of a legendary Philadelphia theater. Saying Katie is able to keep things moving efficiently is an understatement. Based on her experience – she can steer just about any ship.
In the short time she’s been here, Katie has already made a lasting impression on both the team and her new clients. We’re excited to see where we go with the addition of Katie to Defy.
