COPYWRITER (FULL-TIME)
We’re looking for a full-time writer with the ability and range to write in a variety of voices. Speaking of voices, you’ll have one when it comes to presenting your own work in meetings with clients. You’ll be brought in to concept and write on everything from big stuff like TV spots, national ad campaigns, and comprehensive brand systems to small stuff like Twitter bios and our agency voicemail message.
We are currently working remotely but hybrid work is within our foreseeable future, so we are seeking candidates who are within a reasonable commute of our Philadelphia office.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The jobs you’ll work on will change day to day and client to client, but on just about all of them, you’ll be counted on to think strategically and conceptually.
A large part of your job will be presenting the work that eventually gets produced, so collaborating with the other members of the creative team to build presentation decks, and working up necessary documentation and style guides for handoff to your colleagues, agency partners, and clients will be part of your normal responsibilities. Then, you’ll see that work through to production, working with talent in recording sessions or on set.
DESIRED TRAITS
We are looking for mid-level to senior writers with relevant experience in a creative writing capacity, preferably within an agency environment.
In addition to loving to create top notch brand materials and digital experiences, the ideal candidate will be just as comfortable mentoring junior creatives as they would be learning from them.
Our next writer must be at home presenting and defending work to agency and client stakeholders at all levels.
The basics like good file management habits, communication, and time management are essential skills we’re looking for you to possess, along with good time management and the ability to prioritize projects.
Finally, we love candidates with strong collaborative spirit and who are always looking to learn a new technique or skill as they hone their craft.
